• Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed on the same day if it is placed by noon (Eastern Time). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

• Shipping Rates & Shipping time frames

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Ground shipping takes about 4-10 business days after dispatched. If you are located in Greater Toronto Area or near, delivery can be faster.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

• Free Shipping

Orders with subtotal of $50 CAD to Canada (excluding NL, NT, NU, YT) are eligible for free shipping. NL, NT, NU, YT are eligible for free shipping with the order over $200 CAD.

• Shipment to P.O. Boxes ships to addresses within Canada and the USA. We don't ship to private PO box address. - shipping_2

• Customers in the USA

When making your purchase, please remember you are responsible for any customs clearance and customs duty if applicable. We are not responsible for items not allowed in the customer's country. We will not be responsible for any items that don't comply with customs policies. We will not offer a refund for rejected items unless they are returned to our address. Any loss on items destroyed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's importing regulations before placing orders.

• Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has dispatched together with your tracking number(s). All orders are shipped by the carrier affiliated with USPS. It will take about 3-5 business days for the tracking number shown in their system and 4-10 business days to get delivered depending on your location. Please note shipping delivery day estimations are NOT GUARANTEED but merely estimates.

• Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Return Policy

At Bong Outlet Canada, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. While all sales are generally final, we understand that there may be certain situations where a return may be necessary. Please review our return policy guidelines below:

1. Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, we are here to assist you. Please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the item(s) to initiate the return process. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Wrong itme(s) received:

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and ensure that you receive the correct item(s) promptly. We may request additional information or photos to verify the error before proceeding with the return.

3. Change of Mind:

If you have a change of mind regarding your purchase and wish to return the item(s), we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item(s) in our inventory. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return due to a change of mind, please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the
item(s). Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please note:
  • All returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be subject to additional fees or refusal of the return.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
  • Please allow 3-5business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
