• Customers in the USA
When making your purchase, please remember you are responsible for any customs clearance and customs duty if applicable. We are not responsible for items not allowed in the customer's country. We will not be responsible for any items that don't comply with customs policies. We will not offer a refund for rejected items unless they are returned to our address. Any loss on items destroyed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's importing regulations before placing orders.
• Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has dispatched together with your tracking number(s). All orders are shipped by the carrier affiliated with USPS. Your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order by 12 P.M.(EST) or the next day after you receive an email confirmation by Bongoutlet.ca, it will take about 3-5 business days for the tracking number shown in their system and 4-10 business days to get delivered depending on your location. Please note shipping delivery day estimations are NOT GUARANTEED but merely estimates.
• Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bongoutlet.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
• Damages
If you have received damaged item(s),YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. This is necessary because when we file a damage claim with the shipper, They might need to collect the merchandises and packages for inspection. As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether if they wish to inspect the package or not we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the package(s). As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 72 hours), we will ship out your replacement items.
