Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bongouitlet.ca. Following are the terms and 
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY.

- Shipment processing time 
All orders are processed on same days if the order placed by noon (EST). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

- Shipping rates & Shipping time frames 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Ground shipping takes 4-10 business days after shipped. If you are located in Greater Toronto Area or near, delivery can be faster.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

- Free Shipping

Order over $50 to Canada(excluding NL, NT, NT, YT) is eligible for free shipping. NL, NT, NT, YT are eligible for free shipping with the order over $100.

- Shipment to P.O. boxes

Bongoutlet ships to addresses within the Canada and USA. We don't ship to private PO box address.

- USA Customers
When making your purchase please remember you are responsible for any customs clearance and customs duty if applicable. We are not responsible for items not allowed in the customer's country. We will not be responsible for any items that don't comply with customs policies. We will not offer a refund for rejected items unless they are returned to our address. Any loss on items destroyed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's importing regulations before placing orders.

- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- Customs, Duties and Taxes 
Bongoutlet.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

-Damages 
If you should receive damaged items, YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. This is necessary because when we file a damage claim with the shipper, sometimes they want to collect the merchandise and packaging for inspection. As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether or not they wish to inspect the package we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the package(s). As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 72 hours), we will ship out your replacement items.
