conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed on same days if the order placed by noon (EST). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & Shipping time frames
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Ground shipping takes 4-10 business days after shipped. If you are located in Greater Toronto Area or near, delivery can be faster.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Free Shipping
Order over $50 to Canada(excluding NL, NT, NT, YT) is eligible for free shipping. NL, NT, NT, YT are eligible for free shipping with the order over $200.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Bongoutlet.ca ships to addresses within Canada. We don't ship to private PO box address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bongoutlet.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you receive damaged items, YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
